The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included veggie options and takeaway coffee cups. The room size was great it was roomy.
The phone in room 4 did not connect to the reception desk. I needed to report noise in the corridor but could not reach anyone. It made resolving the disturbance impossible

The shower was quite poor with very little water pressure. The bed felt more like a small double and was not particularly comfortable. the sofa bed, intended for two children, seemed too small for teenagers.
